Add addressee/salutation to Gift Detail and Summary Report

We would like to be able to see both spouses names on the report

    I created one that is Nick Last Class and spNick spLast spClass and i use that on all reports; it's great and consistent.

    Again a guest - so who to tell ??

    Just change the addressee format for the report to use one that includes the spouses names. Our report format is always set to our "Last name, first and spouse first".  Works great!
