Blackbaud Knowledgebase advises storing wealth rating data under Prospect-Ratings.  However, the only place to store dollar amounts when adding a new rating is under description.  Description is a text field, and, therefore, you cannot query using operators such as greater than or equal to.  An amount field in a new rating would allow users to store all ratings in the same location in the system but also give versatility to query options.
