RE7 Consent Button - hidding unused Channel fields

The Channel fields cannot be modified or hidden -- this means everyone has to see everything all the time whether or not it is useful to the organisation... will create bad data entry.

    It would be really useful if we could hide channels not used by our organisation, even if they need to remain hard-coded. Auto-phone, for example, is never going to be relevant to my organisation and will only confuse end-users
