Need integration between Gmail and eReceipts.

We use the hosted version of Raiser's Edge.  At this point we are unable to use the eReceipt function because there is no integration between Gmail and eReceipts.

    I know a developer who worked for 7 years as an RE expert at a large university foundation.  They used to keep a workstation with a version of Office that worked, and they put a note on the computer - DO NOT UPDATE OFFICE.  If you moved to RENXT in the meantime, are you still having this problem?  Regards, Art
