Display PROFILE PICTUREs (thumbnail photos)

Display PROFILE PICTUREs (thumbnail photos) in search results, just as they do in constituent lists, etc.

Saves time in identifying the individual one is searching for. (In ResearchPoint, constituent photos appear in search results, and it does make it easier to distinguish between people with similar names without clicking in and out of the full records)
