Allow changes to currently opened records

Please consider adding the ability to make changes to record while it's being opened by other users. This record locking strategy is preventing us from being PRODUCTIVE. It is a dependency that should be removed. Other CRMs allow users to make changes while it's being opened by other users.

    Given we're a small org with few RE users, but I like feature that changes can't be made while another user has record open.
