Creating multiple letters for a single gift

For every donation we receive, each donor is scheduled to receive a 1st thank you letter and a second update letter to demonstrate exactly how their gift has been allocated. Unfortunately, you can only generate and save one acknowledgement letter per gift, which means the second update letter must be saved as an action and therefore has no actual 'link' to the gift.

It would be very useful to be able to upload more than one letter (at least three, ideally) to a single gift record and have each letter show up at the bottom as it does now (the MS word icon).

    We find this to be an issue when we are processing Direct Debit gifts and need to generate an advance notice letter and a thank you letter - both of which we like to be saved to the record as an action. Having the ability to generate both from the gift (and saving them as actions) would greatly help us.
