Globally Convert Organizations to Individuals and Vise Versa

We have Libraries are organizations, but for the new ticketing system we need them to become individuals. So I have to convert 350 organizations manually. This would be a helpful clean-up tool for individuals/companies/other constituent codes that end up as in the wrong Individual/Organization profiles

    I would export the records, make all adjustments needed and then import the records back in as org.
