If a cell phone field is submitted, provide a menu of fields for the constituent to select & submit, vs. mandatory [home phone]. If a tribute is added, but it's "in honor of this great day," allow it to be UNLINKED, instead of mandating that it be linked to a record...when it clearly doesn't need to be! Or, if it's in honor of [person #1] & [person #2], permit multiple linking of records in Online Express, as RE does. (There is WAAAY to much editing after Online Express batch settlement, because it doesn't do enough RE functions.)
