I will be leaving the charity as of Friday and I created my successors account on the Raiser's Edge. I contacted Blackbaud to ask how I then transfer all of the actions from my user ID to my successors. Apparently, there is no easy way to do this and so I had to create an Action Detail Report and work through every action manually...a whole 252 of them! I can't imagine this would be a great solution for a charity with thousands of actions. There should be an easy way to transfer actions from one user to another - especially when people leave organisations!
