Include special characters in custom view

When developing a custom view, special characters don't pull through under the current parameters. However, this makes views hard to read and wealth information useless in view (since that information pulls over in the description and special characters do not). I’ve attached 2 screenshots for you. . . the first shows the Bio Notes, where bullet points should fill in for easier reading(as is in the actual note on the record). The second, where highlighted, has commas and dollar signs.

If none of this is possible, it would be great to create a way to export the custom view into an editable format.
