2. Fields to include. More options for gift types. 
"Gifts. Last gift amount" added to the list. 

There are options for "Gift. First gift amount" "Gifts. First gift date" "Gifts. Last Gift date" - so I'd like last gift amount. Makes sense that I should be able to quickly send a thank you for a Constituents gift, utilizing the most recent date and amount.

    Also would like to add phone numbers and email addresses for staff follow-up with recipients.

    And we would like to add the import ID (can't remember which one) that is required in order to import the mailing list recipients as invited to an event. Super frustrating to do this manually for every event!
