I recently ran pledge reminders and allowed RE to add the reminders on the "History" of each pledge. My Director of Development pulled a few of these letters while she was signing the batch. It was only then that I discovered that RE users do not have the option of deleting or editing Reminders Sent once they have been added to a record. The response from a support analyst with regard to my request for assistance with this issue stated "I have double checked and found that the history is permanent, and you cannot delete it." I consider this a flaw in the program, though the support analyst preferred to call it "an option that is not offered" in a voice message to me. Either way, I feel strongly that this is an option that should be made available to users. If I am able to add a piece of data, I should also be able to delete that data.
