Issues with RE time zone

Our organization is in the central time zone and I noticed that when I refreshed dashboards in our Raiser's Edge hosted environment that the time was showing an hour later than what our time was - showing Eastern time instead of Central time. After contacting support and some investigation, Blackbaud informed us that "it isn't possible to change the time zone in the hosted environment. The time zone is a reflection of the datacenter you're hosted out of and cannot be changed. Since you are hosted out of our Boston datacenter your dashboards will reflect eastern time."
