Set default File Locations for Mail Exports

When exporting Mail files, the default location displayed seems to be the location that the author used when creating the export.  So when I open and export any Mail files, I have to manually change where I want the file to be saved.  I want the option to set a default, such as Tools>User Options>File Location.

    There is one default option. I wish different destination folders could be set for different mail/report processes.
