It would be great to import the document name when you add actions to the system. The document name may not be the same for every action included in the file. It makes more sense to add this to the field provided in Raiser's Edge then leaving clients to come up with internal rules to ensure this information is added to the action. Also, in most cases you need to add the solicitor since it is more than likely not a action performed by the inputter. This is another step that requires multiple task.
