When creating action tracks if an action needs to be repeated it can be set up to loop as many times as needed.  For example for a capital campaign solicitation the action is cultivation.  After the meeting the next action could be cultivation again (many times) until we are ready to make a solicitation at which time the action track would continue.  This means that you can be taken back to a previous step in the action track based on the result of the action.
