We would like to be able to set the Constituent Code’s ‘Date from’ or certain Attributes’ ‘Description’ and ‘Date’ fields mandatory in RE7's Config

Attributes are very often useless without their 'Description' filled in, therefore we would like to be able to set these fields mandatory to avoid creating data gaps.
