I would like to see more customization features for eReceipts. Currently, the email messages that accompany the customizable PDFs default to one font and size. Being able to change fonts, text size, and insert images/logos in the email message would make the email look less like junk mail to donors. Also, being able to retitle the PDFs would be ideal. Currently, every PDF is titled “BB109…”; if the PDFs could be customized/retitled to “Receipt” or “(donor’s name)” this would also be beneficial to the recipient, as they would be less likely to overlook the PDF.
