I have families who make recurring gift commitments to our nonprofit.  Sometimes the spouse who makes the commitment gives us a check and sometimes the other spouse gives us a check.  Each should easily be able to be applied to the recurring gift commitment, or pledge for that matter.  Would appreciate that capability for married couples.
