Add the Membership Barcode as an actual

Add the Membership Barcode as an actual field in RE or make it a generally exporatable field

The only way to access the membership barcode is to run the RE Mailing Membership Card Printing utility. Once its run, you can't really run it again w/o "unprinting" the membership records needed.
