Being able to sort query results by clicking on the column headers.

It would be handy to be able to sort query results just by clicking the column headers. I would also like to be able to sort search results this way.

The first thing I did in training was click the headers to re-sort, and my Blackbaud trainer coughed and said... ah it doesn't do that.

Currently the process creates so much friction.

Being able to sort by the column headers in Query Lists does not even come close to solving this one, Justin, because there are so FEW fields that are available in query lists. This would be awesome to have, rather than having to go back to the Sort tab to change things around.

We believe this is partially resolved by using Query lists in RE7, which allows for sorting when clicking on the column headers. You can include a query into a query list by selecting Constituent from the top of the screen in the Query list, then selecting Add to List and then selecting A group of Constituents. We are changing the status of this idea to Voting Open because it's been reviewed. While not currently planned, this will remain open for voting and future consideration as a change.

This is also helpful for staff who only run queries and are not trained to change under the Sort tab.

This would be very helpful instead of having to go back to the sort tab and make adjustments

Yes, but not just query - anywhere tables are presented search results, dashboards etc.

Adding this functionality would save so much time! Seems like an easy fix!
