Allow 3rd party systems to add constituent batches to RE via APIs, which in turn can be used to automatically push constituent updates back into RE.

To provide some background: Using 3CLogic and its integrated platform with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge, student callers work off of a fully automated system so each student caller can complete calls in only a few clicks as opposed to using paper and manual processes.

3CLogic allows Higher Eds to automatically dial alumni's that already exist in RE as constituents, when student callers call these constituents, they often receive updated address and contact info from Alumni's. 3CLogic currently creates a gift batch for all gifts as well as all the updated constituent info which are then evaluated and manually updated in constituent record in RE.
But it would be beneficial to create constituent batches for constituent updates, so the evaluators can update corresponding constituent automatically by click of a button.

Exposing this API would help us and several higher EDs tremendously. It would save them a lot of manual work.
