Sort Donor Acknowledgment letter by $ amount

When printing Donor Acknowledgment letters there are some sort options available but it would be handy to be able to print by gift amount  - highest to lowest. This would make identifying large gifts easier when personalizing receipt letters.

    It would be good, in general, to be able to sort by any "fields to include" in a Donor Acknowledge Letter.

    Our work around for this was to create separate mail merges: one generates all those higher level gift letters in one grouping, then another for smaller gift acknowledgements. The "Gift Amounts" option is available for the Filters tab.
