Pulling out the year and putting into its own field. TIME SAVER.

Then having a setting that allows for default year to be entered that affects the entire system.

In criteria, have options like Default, default minus 1, default minus 2, etc. so you don't have to go through every report and export and update.

End of year, have a rollover process that unchecks soft credits automatically options on expired relationships, all of the reports use the same criteria except the year has changed. 

One more thing to piggyback on this idea...in criteria, when running exports through queue, there should definitely be options like today, one year ago today, one week ago, one month ago, etc. As it stands now, I have to run it manually because I can't use the <ask> function in Queue.
