When my organization was using eTapestry, it was incredibly easy to see our totals by raised, not received amounts. Raisers Edge makes this really difficult, and we're still not able to pull an accurate dashboard report that matches our actual total raised for the year.  So we need accrual-based recognition in Raisers Edge that counts pledges, not pay-cash, for each FY in our totals.
