When you have a spreadsheet of new donors and you have some of the contact information e.g. first address line and post code, Raiser's Edge can automatically match the imported address with the AddressAccelerator function and put the correct address fields in the constituent's profile. If it cannot find the address, maybe there's an option to either import the address as it is from the spreadsheet or leave it blank while importing.
