This checkbox has created a lot of issues with our mailing lists and our phone list queries. As an organization we do not want to use this feature, however there is no option to deactivate it or hide it from view. If we were able to do this it would prevent anyone from checking it off when they aren't supposed to be doing so. We utilize the Phone Types instead of these options.
