It seems like more information should be available as a part of the Online Express Transaction History (View Transaction History Search feature) - like the address is. There have been times that I did not want to allow Online Express to "overwrite" our information in Raiser's Edge to a donor record as I was not sure which would be the best information for our use.  For example, overwriting a personal email address with a work email address.  It would be nice to have more of this donor-entered information available at a later date if needed - information like email address and phone number - especially now with the "Inactive" box in play in a record.  More history would certainly be better in determining if our records are correct or not.
