Enable a business rule to require that each constituent's assigned solicitors have unique solicitor types (i.e. "Campaign Solicitor" type - each constituent can only have one solicitor with that type. If you try to make another solicitor "Campaign Solicitor", the system will either ask you to choose another solicitor type or change the type of the solicitor currently assigned as "Campaign Solicitor" first.)
