please consider adding a training (classroom/online) session that covers the steps involved in creating a mailing list (via Query, Mail, Export modules) that is sent to an outside vendor for processing. this is one of the most complicated tasks i've been charged with and largely had to learn how to do it on my own. it gets particularly tricky when considering soft-credits (and if they are used in more ways than just for a spouse... i.e., United Way giving, giving through a foundation, etc.)
