Gifts made through TeamRaiser should come

Gifts made through TeamRaiser should come over into RE with their Soft Credits attached

We would like to see a total record of 'get' donations for each constituent (in addition to their 'give' donations). This is critically important to our reporting and tracking of staff/volunteer participation.
