We have an adopt an animal program where there are several different species that can be adopted, but at the same gift amount.  We tried having the different species listed as display name, and each gift amount was the same ($100).  When we received the confirmation, we only got to see the form name and the dollar amount and had no idea which species was adopted.  Our solution was to have different forms for each species.  Having the display name appear in the confirmation email would allow us to use the same donation form for all species.
