Move "[Add New Table]" to the top of the

Move "[Add New Table]" to the top of the drop down menu under Config>Attributes>Table Name

It would eliminate a lot of calls to BB if you placed that at the top instead of bottom, for obvious reasons...it's not noticable, nor intuitive to be at the bottom of the dropdown.
