When you enter an address from the USA, Canada, Australia, the address boxes change - this makes sure that all the data is entered in the correct format, and includes a drop-down of states.

Could this be made available for all the other countries as well? Addresses are formatted differently everywhere, and Raiser's Edge should have this facility for all countries.
