In Business Riles you can add a rule, but it only runs before opening a constituent.  I would like the ability to run before close.   As defined on the business rule "This rule will execute when opening the constituent.  You may also optionally execute the rule when Gifts or Actions are accessed without first opening the constituent."  I would like the capability to run before close to check to see if "invalid" has been mark" at close.  If it is marked the user is notified by popup that they need to enter a note.
