Please make Raisers Edge Fully compatible with UAC on Windows 7.

It would be great to actually have raisers edge fully compatible with windows 7 UAC feature. It wastes an unimaginable amount of time when it the install gets broken, and you have to un-install everything. Please this is really one of the biggest problems.

    I called support today and was directed to a knowledge base article from 2002 talking about having all Raiser's Edge users as local administrators or granting them full permissions on system folders. I found the article previously and assumed it was out of date. It turns out that Raiser's Edge is what is out of date.

    It's because of these types of issues that I am recommending we stop using Raiser's Edge altogether.
