Can I suggest you put in some kind of trashcan facility for deleted draft emails? I spent all of Tuesday putting together an e-zine type email to go out on Friday but when I logged in on Friday it had disappeared from the draft emails. Lots of departments across our organisation have access to Online express so it's impossible to know who deleted it but Blackbaud couldn't restore it. A trashcan that stores deleted items for a week would be very handy for situations like this. It’s too easy to delete drafts with things laid out the way they are and because various different strands of the organisation all use Online Express and all have access to each other’s drafts in the same list it’s impossible to keep tabs on what everyone in every department is doing with it.
