Allow formatting of column size in all reports (esp. Constituent Directory!)

Right now there is now way to change the column width in the Constituent Directory report. Often names get cut off even though there is plenty of room on the page to expand the column!

    Yet another things promised to us 7 years ago when RE 8 was being developed. Now that it has been shelved who knows where this stands but it would eliminate the need for so many custom reports!

    It would also be great to see this with all Financial Reports -- the one I tried it with specifically is the Gifts-in-Kind report. You should not need to export the report to Excel in order to update formatting.
