It would be great if you could look back at a previous year (Jan 1-Dec 31) to see how many active memberships you had in that year. This way I could easily do a comparison between years to determine the level of growth within the program. After speaking to a few of your customer reps, it was determined that this is not possible. You can only see how many people are still active from those time periods, it wont include those who are no longer active, therefore its not possible to provide a growth analysis. So at this point in time, I have no way of knowing if the previous employees who held my position before me, were pulling accurate numbers or even using the correct reports. All I have to go off of is random documents I come across while searching our records.
