Currently if a membership expires on the 30/06/2016, the status will change to lapsed on that day, not at the next (01/07/2016).

This causes the dashboard standard reports to always show lesser active members at the end of the quarter (our membership is structured quarterly).

The recommendation is to change the time of making a membership lapsed at midnight of the expiry date.
