Because we export our renewal notices to Crystal Reports, there isn't a way to sort because Last Name is not one of the fields.  Maiden Name is offered.  Even if I use the "sort alphabetically" under the format tab, and then export, it does not export alphabetically.  I have been reluctant to add another addressee configured with just last name, but I guess we could.
