After creating a mail batch I would really like to be able to save my letters separately, or at least tag them somehow for searching purposes.

A lot of times we have to go back a make changes/corrections to our letters before mailing them out. It is very hard to find specific letters that are all in one large document. We need to be able to search them individually.
