Add Appeal description to the Batch Commit Control Report

It is most useful for Book Keepers/ Accounts Officers - rather than constantly asking what Appeal the batch donations are for and running queries to find the Appeal - if the Appeal is displayed next to the Fund Description it is easily recognisable
