In terms of getting to know your community it is really helpful to know what they look like. Having done an awful lot of research through Linked In I am saving the profile image to notes as this is the quickest using copy & paste or I could save image and upload to media. However in both cases I would only stumble across it in the future. Whereas with the vast amount of 'grey space' on Bio 1 this would be really helpful.
