Cash flow report run as of a date in the past

It would be very useful to have a function to run a cash flow report as of a certain date in the past.  That way it would be very simple to run for an audit (as of fiscal/calendar year end) or to check previous cash flow reports that could have been changed due to adjustments/mistakes.

    This is a critical need for us, as we are integrated w/FE. Our auditors require the format of the Past Due Report (ie, an Aging Report), but we cannot exclude pledges that have not been fulfilled by a certain date.
