The "Gifts to Other Organizations" in the Prospect tab are currently NOT sortable within RE.  That seems like a BIG missing feature that ought to be easily doable. I now have to export any donor records to other orgs, to an Excel file, and work with it there.  While I get that is useful, it's not very friendly to have to take all those extra steps just to do simple sorting.
