Add columns to Attributes

Create the ability to add columns to the Attributes tab. Currently, there are only the Description, Short Desc. Date and Comments columns

Or at least allow us to use the "Short Desc" as a table list. Why are you limiting the use of a Constituent Attributes?

I agree. I would like to be able to have a "Start Date" and "End Date"
