Add Stricter RE Mobile Permissions

Allow Administrators to restrict which users can access the mobile application. Any user with a raiser's edge ID, and knowledge of the site key currently can configure themselves on any mobile device to access the RE mobile app; this allows users to configure personal mobile devices to access the mobile application, posing potential vunerability to constituent data.

    I agree, the email functionality selects the email address of the senders phone. If they are using their personal phone it would send an email from their personal email address. One option is to have the security separated between mobile and RE.

    +1. It would be best to control which devices are allowed to connect to the database. One way this could be done is through a MAC address whitelist in RE.
