It would be beneficial to have User Security options available in Online Express to limit access. ie., process downloads but NOT create or edit donation forms.

You would think security would be given a high priority nowadays. We have a team to process NetCommunity transactions without being a supervisor For them to process online express transaction, I have to make them all supervisors! Where is the consistency!
